Hi, Iβm Marilie β a self-taught potter with a soft spot for pastel glazes, cozy mugs, and little moments of everyday magic. I throw small batches in my home studio, where the soundtrack is usually rain on the windows, a kettle on, and my cat supervising every coil and curve. Every piece is made to be used, loved, and to add a spark of delight to your daily rituals.
My work is inspired by sunrise walks, wildflowers tucked into pockets, and the glaze drips that decide their own path. Thank you for supporting small, slow, and handmade.
Each piece is unique and made with love! π
Warm sunrise glaze with a comfy, thumb-rest handle. 12oz β morning friendly.
Thrown just after dawn with tea steaming beside the wheel; the gradient is inspired by the first light through the studio window.
Matte white with cocoa speckles; salad, ramen, or fruit β it does it all.
This glaze combo came from testing fifty tiny tiles. The speckles reminded me of rain freckles after a garden walk.
Deep indigo glaze with a soft sheen; pours smooth and steady.
A quiet evening piece β I trimmed the lid while listening to jazz and let the glaze pool like moonlight.
Bud vase for wildflowers; soft sky gradient with gentle drip lines.
Made after picking roadside blooms β the form is shaped by a handful of clover and daisies on my table.
Rounded lip, snug in the hand; cocoa, chai, or miso β yes please.
I wanted a cup that feels like a sweater sleeve. This is that hug-in-a-cup.
Drainage hole, glazed rim, and earthy base β succulent approved.
I threw this after repotting my basil. The ridge line is a little nod to seedling trays.
Rippled rim with sea-glass blues; perfect for pastry or sushi nights.
I brushed the slip in arcs like little tides β a memory of a windy beach day.
Two petite cups with a warming amber blush β slow tea companions.
A glaze test turned favorite β the blush arrived like a happy kiln surprise.
Taper holder with a mossy wash and subtle carved rings.
Carved while the clay was leather-hard and I was dreaming about pine trails.
Palm-sized pinch pot with a glossy night-sky finish.
Made between bakes, because flaky salt deserves a tiny throne.
Raised ridges keep bars dry; glazed in foamy shoreline hues.
Sketched after a shower thought (truly). I wanted lather-friendly curves.
Snug lid, easy-grip knob, and a warm bread-basket glow.
Thrown for Sunday brunches with friends β the glaze looks like toast crusts.
Little lidded jar for honey or jam; includes a dipper notch.
Inspired by a beekeeper at the farmersβ market who traded a jar for a mug.
Center pin with ash catch β a calm corner companion.
Shaped after a deep-clean day; it needed to feel like exhale.
Wide, shallow bowl with gentle blue pooling and a sturdy foot.
I centered extra clay to get that generous curve β perfect for citrus pyramids.
